Third Party Applications for TED 5000
Energy, Inc. has made the TED Footprints API available to 3rd party developers to create applications that present TED's energy data in different formats. Energy, Inc. does not provide support for these 3rd party applications, but simply makes them available as a convenience. We hope you enjoy them!
Remote Viewing via the Web
Google PowerMeter
Google PowerMeter is a free application that is embedded in every TED 5000. Once you've got your TED 5000 up-and-running, click the EDIT tab, and you'll see the "Activate Google PowerMeter" link. It is a free application that only requires an internet connection. Very cool!

it's electric - an application by Robert Tupelo-Scheck allows you to view your TED5000-data remotely on the web. Anyone with a TED 5000 who can run Java and a web server can download it's electric and use it to store and view their own energy data, either for personal use or to share over the Web. It's electric allows automatic data-export of TED-data into your own database.

Mirawatt T5K
Mirawatt T5K - Designed by Daniel Lauzon, is an application for viewing power usage data collected by any model of TED 5000. A simple swipe gesture on the graph (left of right) will change the view from Hour, Day, to Week etc. The TED-5000 gateway needs to be network accessible from your iPhone/iTouch; this typically means using the app inside your home network.

TED-O-Meter
TED-O-Meter designed by Nathan Hadfield. This free application is compatible with iPhone and iPod Touch. It does require OS 3.0 or later.

Other Desktop Applications
The Tray Notifier is an easy-to-access program that sits in the taskbar near the clock. Provides a quick view of how much power is being used as well as an alternate dashboard offering real-time statistics gathered directly from your TED5000. This application is presented by digitalcapstone.com, a web development company.
