In an effort to better provide assistance to the growing number of TED users, we have created a TED Technical Support Forum. We do hope that you will find this to offer a quick answer to your question / issue:

In order to POST to the forum, you will need to register and create a user account. This will take only a brief moment to complete.

Please include the following information when creating a post:

1.) Model and series of your TED (i.e. TED 5002-C or TED 1002 with Footprints).

2.) If you already own a TED...please provide Serial numbers of Gateway, MTU(s), and Display.

3.) Please describe your issue with as much detail as possible.
