Return Policy

30 day return policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your TED, in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. Your product must have been purchased directly from Energy, Inc. (either online, by phone, or by purchase order) in order to receive a refund. Please note that all shipping charges are final and will not be included in the refund.

Our Return Process

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new TED will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our shipping department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How To Prepare A Return

To return a TED to Energy, Inc., follow our three step process: 1. Receive a Return Authorization Code. Call our office to receive your code and write this code on the outside of the shipping package. 2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. 3. Insure Your Package. You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured. Please follow these instructions exactly, as failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us.
